BRAINS AND GAMES is an independent service provider of consulting and training for the development of organisations and their staff.

The core team consists of founder Andreas Rath, the managing director of HR Development and Training Reingard Winter, the consultants Brigitte Hambauer, Christa Schmid, Stefan Klein and Claus Lackerbauer, and our management assistant Johanna Boden. Furthermore, we cooperate with a pool of an additional 22 experts, depending on the individual project.

A network of individuals, partner companies and competitors serves the exchange of knowledge, cooperation and further expansion. Project evaluation, periodical further training and reflection of contents and methodology within the core team ensure the continous development.
